Global Giving

As Senior Director of Programs at GlobalGiving, Britt oversees relationships with more than 2,500 nonprofits in 165 countries. In this role, she has managed multi-million dollar disaster relief grantmaking portfolios with a focus on supporting locally driven organizations working to rebuild their own communities after natural disasters. She is also a founding member of Feedback Labs, a consortium of nonprofits committed to making governments, NGOs and donors more responsive to the needs of their constituents. In addition to her eight years at GlobalGiving, Britt has also worked at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and with a variety of nonprofits in Sierra Leone, South Africa, Kenya, and Zimbabwe. Britt holds a B.A. in International Studies from the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill, a Master's in International Relations from the University of Cape Town (South Africa), and a Master's in Public Affairs from Princeton University's Woodrow Wilson School.
